We had a great experience ! Very helpful saleswoman answered our questions and took us right to the shoe sections we needed. It made our shopping much quicker...since we're visiting from out of town. We wanted to hurry and get out to the 🏖️ beach. My husband needed comfortable Men's Sandals for the ⛱️ beach and I needed comfortable jogging shoes. We both found exactly what we wanted and for great prices. And especially finding our sizes which is hard to find for us.... because we have wide feet. But we found comfortable shoes and sandals. My husband bought comfortable Under Armour Men's Sandals with Memory Foam cushion inside with Durable Velcro Straps to place over any width of foot .He likes to wear No Show socks with them. And they were still very comfortable. Size 8 1/2 is this size in pic. My perfect shoes are Women's Sketchers with Memory Foam inside.... which made both of our shoes and sandals soooo comfortable....walking along the the Shops and Restaurants . I wore beach sandals on the beach....but everywhere else these cute Red Kicks in this pic. We were sooo happy. And the Saleswoman also let us know they have Buy One...Get One Half off on the socks....So I found some really cute Low No show Watermelon 🍉 pattern sets of socks. ! Packs of 4 in one package and the other was pack of 6 in the package. Some shoe stores that were our regular places have closed down. Which has made it quite hard to find our styles and sizes of shoes. So Thank You Famous Footwear for keeping this Store Location Open for Business ! You made our Day ! And our feet very...

I came to shop for sandals with my family of 5 and was browsing in the clearance section with my mother and mentioned I didn’t like what I saw. As I was moving to shop in the full price section the sales associate approaches me, doesn’t greet me, and accuses me of calling their stock dirty, gives me this whole speech about how everyone tries on the same shoes… when I was just trying to find a different color after starting in the clearance section to shop. Was absolutely going to purchase a pair because I desperately need to replace mine. I’m really disappointed. I have 15 years of upper retail management experience and the proper way to approach would have been to ask if I was finding everything okay instead of making...

Just stopped by there to shop for shoes for am event coming up in San Diego this weekend. The young guy there was so helpful and seemed to appreciate the fact that shoe shopping is not something I spend much of my time on. He was knowledgeable and concerned more that I leave the store with something that fit the occasion and my needs than 'making a sale'. I don't typically take time to write reviews - the service I received there at store was outstanding and he deserves recognition. I know, 'it's just a pair of shoes' for Pete's sake.
