I had an absolutely terrible experience at this barbershop. The staff completely destroyed my hair; it looks worse than I could have imagined. The haircut was uneven and poorly executed. To make matters worse, the customer service was appalling. The barbers were rude and dismissive, showing no care for the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their clients. The place itself is also disgustingādirty tools and an unkempt environment. I regret ever stepping foot in this barbershop. I went in to get a skin fade with Dillon as my barber and it was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had in a barber shop. I have had a lot of skin fades done before, but the one I got with Dillon was by far the best one I have ever gotten. Always leave feeling like I get my money's (with tip) worth. I also appreciate her recent very intensive "sensitivity" training she went through. As someone who buckles and gets his day ruined easily by almost everything. I was able to feel safe, calm and secure with her.
