I was looking for a new salon after moving, and found Arrow through their online reviews. I booked an all over color with Julia, and am very glad I did! She was ready for me at my appointment’s start time, and asked a lot of questions about my expectations and vision. She gave really thoughtful advice on how to achieve the look I was wanting, and was so considerate throughout the appointment. She was very sweet and friendly, and I truly enjoyed my appointment with her. You can tell that she genuinely loves her profession, and has a way with making people feel comfortable. I have been going to arrow hair and beauty for 5 years now and they are the only salon I trust with my hair. Jenn, Sue, and the other stylists are incredibly talented with coloring and shaping. They are also so professional and kind.

I have never been disappointed with my hair and have even been prompted to try new things due to how much I trust their judgement and experience. Also, they often collaborate and ask for each other’s feedback which is really cool.

I just saw Sue Austin for a hair cut and balayage appointment and love my hair. I was in desperate need of hair help ! She asked great questions, and really listened to how I wear and style my hair on a daily basis. She let me pick the music, offered me a beverage and we had great conversation.
