it's a great place for women to groom free from abusive men, safe, clean. The staff can be a bit edgy and kick you out when you need your safe space as a woman. I've REALLY valued what I've gotten from this opportunity and all of the soap, lotion, makeup, free oatmeal packs I've used up over the years. I wouldn't be alive without it, have found work, shown up for job interviews, been able to work during early mornings and can't handle sharing my space with others like this very effectively. When you are homeless and need a shower they have everything you need so you don't have to always carry it with you. They do appointments and often walking wait but get in soon from no-shows.
