Suzanne's Hallmark Shop — Local services in South Burlington

I gave them a 1 star rating because 0 stars wasn't a choice. I bought a bracelet for my daughter and the clasp part broke in less than a week. When I tried to return it, I was told their policy is "No return" because there is a card in the box that says "The bracelet is delicate, please wear with care". No where does it say no returns, and the salesclerk did not say it was non-returnable at the time of purchase. The manager (Sunday, June 23, 10:30 AM) was no help, and didn't even seem a little apologetic. I'm not likely to ever buy anything from this store ( or any other Hallmark...
