Cascade Clothing Co — Local services in South Lake Tahoe

This is a chain store with 3 stores in Tahoe on Lake Tahoe Blvd. The staff at the counter, who appeared to be a manager, was the most rude and unfriendly person I have come across in a while.

When I asked the woman how her day went. She told me the store is doing well. I asked how her day was going and she stated, HOW I AM DOING PERSONALLY IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

Additionally, it seemed that no matter what I asked, regarding merchandise or service, she wouldn't have cared one way or another.

With this said, buy your tee shirt or jacket, but don't expect service from the staff. Very...

I purchased 2 shirts on 8/15/2017... they overcharged me... transposed the numbers... instead of 45.23 they entered $54.23 in the credit card machine.. I asked them to refund me the money, they said they cancelled the transaction... turns out they had not... and since I used a different card for the correct amount of $45.23... the other charge went through as 54.23 too!... and despite calling several times to get them to correct it... they still have not.... effectively I have paid $99.46 for 2x...

What you would expect in a tourist location. Merchandise was not unique. No customer service. Cashier just wanted to check your items out and get you out the door. No greeting, no can I help, no thank you for stopping,... Store was clean and merchandise displayed well. Our group spread out and searched for the specific sizes that we were in search of.
