Terrible experience. There was a teen male and a twenty something male at this establishment. The younger male walked twords the register punching some of the equipment creaing a disturbingly loud noise. Then immediately starts to panic and ask the other male for help, saying he got the register stuck and needs pliers. Two people walked out, putting their items back before leaving. After waiting for our turn, we discovered the hang-up. The cashier (younger male) was video chatting with a girl while checking out people. He had to ring our items up twice just because he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing with only one hand as he video chatted. Then he shoved all our items at us like we inconvenienced him during his date. His monotone recorded tone was like nails on a chalkboard for someone who has worked their way up and through life. I am super disappointed as we are owners in the area and have been patrons in the past. No customer wants to feel like this when looking for a fun experience. So sad for the owners. I love that this place offers candy you won't find many places. Especially their drink selection. However, the prices have gone up DRAMATICALLY and their quality has plummeted in the last few years. On my most recent trip here I bought a berry whip Snickers candy bar and bottle caps candy. The small size snickers ended up being $6.99 (my fault for not looking at the sticker price) and was completely stale and hard. There was no friendly greeting by any staff just scanned my items asked if i needed a bag and that was the end of it all. It had me leaving this place with a bad taste in my mouth. Emotionally...

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Not only did they profile an unaccompanied minor but a lady had the audacity to raise her voice and accuse my 11 year old of stealing. I only wish I could have seen the stupid face of this ugly human who did this I wish you nothing but the worst. I used to love this place whole heartedly never again. This is ultimately traumatizing to a child who was with friends , to be publicly shamed and made to empty out his pockets. You should be embarrassed. Consumers should know what kind of shop this is and what kind of...
