The Padre Grand — Local services in South Padre Island

My husband & I have been renting a unit here for a week now . It Was nice until they told us we didn’t have a condo while sitting on the chairs at the beach. When asked initially could we sit in The chairs when we first arrived , they said yes and as we sat on the beach as we do every morning, they told us we had to get out of their chairs as another couple sat right next to us unbothered saying it was only for the owners of the hotel. We asked them did they need our ID & key card to sit on the beach and they just walked away. Then they called more workers to tell us we can not sit in these seats. As we proceeded to go to our unit, they sent out another worker who blocked the entrance and told us we do not stay there when we have been there for months at this point. We will be canceling our contract and finding housing else where due to the discrimination and...

After searching the Island for a perfect Condo I settled on the Padre Grand. It is the only one I found that has fabulous views of both the Gulf and the bay. Too do that required doing away with hallways. The solution was 3 separate elevators that allow private access to each individual room. Private elevators, fantastic views and an incredible staff. If these are your priorities come take a ride on the elevator with your realtor. If you don't have a realtor call Linda Zuniga over at Re/Max and find your heaven...

This place is awesome!! Super nice and helpful staff and Ester was super nice!. They were always there no matter what time of day to answer questions or help in any way. Right on the beach, close to restaurants, nice pool, great beach access area, ice for coolers, super clean, views of gulf and bay both, and great staff...what else...
