Customer Service and Selection are both of a five star caliber!

So I had about an hour before needing to be at work, in desperate need of a pastel colored dress for a wedding in Mexico, a trip that I was leaving for the following morning. I waited until the last minute and cruised down to the mall to try my luck. I'm not a shopper and do not enjoy the process, but I can usually find something at Urban albeit the ridiculous prices. I stumbled into Francesca's before heading there and saw a purple floral dress that might have worked, and I thought it read 60% off. I misread the ad and it was actually buy one get one 60% off. Anyhow, this super nice lady clarified the deal for me and I wasn't too polite and scoffed, saying I'd head to Urban and try my luck there. Not proud of my attitude. Urban had nothing. I did two full laps and couldn't find anything even close. So in a desperate, final attempt to find something super last minute I walked back to Francesca's and was still greeted with warmth and kindness from Hannah, an exemplary employee of the store. I chose the purple dress which I would probably never wear again but was right for the occasion, priced at about $50 which was reasonable for the quality and market of such items.

As I was about to try on something I knew I would only wear once, Hannah politely commented that she thought she may have found something, as I had kind of given her the rundown of what I needed the first time. And let me tell you, it was perfect. A powder blue dress that was elegant yet beachy, perfect for not just this occasion, but for summer brunches, rooftop parties, fancier gatherings and cocktail parties.

I'm always trying to size up for some reason but she encouraged a small was the right fit for me and I tried it on and loved it! I had awkward black socks on and my work shoes and my legs were hairy so it was hard to imagine the whole look, but Hannah went above and beyond asking the style of shoe I was wearing and found an exact replica for me to pair with my dress in store to get the full look, it was perfect. And even after I was a bit short with her at first, she still showed me so much kindness, attention and literally made my last minute miracle come to life.

She personally checked me out at the register and walked around the counter to hand me my perfect dress and give me a super warm hug, which was the highlight of my day. What a woman. I highly recommend this posh little boutique first for their excellent staff and customer service and second for the adorable pieces in store. Having someone listen to your needs and help you with such attention to detail is truly a gift.

This particular store is my favorite place to buy clothes of all time. I usually shop alone and in a hurry. The gals here ALWAYS help me pick outfits and provide feedback and ideas.

I love that they want to see what you try on and want to make you feel comfortable. They remember your name, they find you sales, they make shopping enjoyable. Yes, it’s possible!

Three days ago I brought in a pink bow tie and outfit inspiration and we found an outfit that matched perfectly! (A few choices actually, but I picked my fav)
