I haven`t got any, and still this is one of the best for entertainment. No matter how old you are - LEGO is LEGO, always ;) Concerning the website itself - never purchased here, always was going to the local store. I would like for Lego to do a lottery online to register for a drawing. You have millions of people that are loyal to buying them. They have increased in price and this could be a rewards program. Good marketing for your company. Rewards could be a Lego sets or a gift certificate for one set. We have spent thousands on sets for our grandson. We love Lego. I have liked legos since the age of 4. It has been a milestone in my childhood and a great thing in my life. People my say that lego is a bad company, to that, I can't really say anything. I couldn’t figure out how to get the gift cards online so drove to the Lego store to get gift cards. They were OUT. Who doesn’t plan for enough gift cards at Christmas? An attendant helped me to get the gift cards online after much struggle as the site was not intuitive, even for a smart young man. I went home and looked for the gift cards online as promised and 16 hours later all I have is a message from Lego is a receipt for the gifts. Nothing to print out to put in a card for the recipients. Ever since I went the the store in the Bellevue Mall as a kid, I have always wanted a Lego location opened up here in Spokane. So when I heard that we were getting a store here, I was excited! The day after it opened, my family went and everything was amazing. The staff were all friendly, and nothing felt too stressful. Some of the staff could also hold conversations because they too grew up with LEGO. All I can say is that I hope this store stays. It's an experience that I'm glad I can have, and many others can also have.
