Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in St. Clairsville

I have been there twice in the last few months. The first time was with my mom, who has been through breast cancer and has a special need in regards to that. First this particular staff member looked at her and condescendingly stated "well nothing over here will fit you." My mom isn't super skinny, but she also isn't a large woman. I had everything I could do to keep my mouth shut. I am not usually a complainer, but gosh. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago when I went in for a deal for a bra. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and was in the section I needed already. I saw the same lady approaching, and she asked if she could help me, I said no. She continued to push rudely, so to get her to leave me alone I told her and finally got her off my back. After that I went to look around at some other items, and when trying on something else, she had to argue with me about it regarding sizing. I just wanted to try something on, please just leave me alone, you know? She is very rude each time I've been in there recently. Has an "I'm always right" condescending personality. If I go shopping for something there, I need to feel comfortable, not pressured and uncomfortable. I'm the one spending the money. I've never had this bad of an experience there prior to this year. I'm not sure of her name, but man she needs some customer service training or a completely different job...

I absolutely adore this mall! It’s like a 1980s mall that I could possibly remember when you walk inside there’s a lot of different kiosks a lot of things in the middle like the pretzel lady the cookie lady the glass bobble lady I mean I seen every single thing that I would want to see at the mall when I walked through this mall. Tons of parking no issues very secure huge area in Saint Clairsville. I’ll definitely be going back they have Spencer’s. They have Sam Goody. They have so many stores that I haven’t seen in years. Definitely worth it to stop by and take a drive ton of eateries anything to tickle your fancy not too expensive, wonderful for families handicap accessible everything wonderful hospitality. I had a great time! They had live music children singing from a choir for the holidays. They had a great Christmas tree. The designing of the mall was clean. I've been addicted to Victoria's Secret/Pink for over 15 years now. The girls that work at the vs in the Ohio Valley Mall are very sweet, friendly, and super helpful. I've noticed over the years though that they don't always know the sales or promotions that are going on. I've also had to travel to Pennsylvania or the Beachwood Victoria's secret/Pink just to get certain promotions or products because they aren't at this Victoria's secret/PINK. Which sucks because this store is the closest to me!! I took 2 stars...
