Back for a new review. And what happened was weird. Let me start out by saying I previously wrote a 1 star review based on the fact that two pieces of jewelry broke within the first week of wearing them and when I had called the store they asked if I had the receipt and I stated I unfortunately passed on taking one at time of checkout and the response I got was “Well that sucks for you, okay bye.” I go into the store today, it’s my birthday and I really wanted a cool new ring or necklace, I don’t live close but just happened to be be passing by and I thought hey maybe I can bring my broken jewelry along as well and maybe they can do something to fix it. The guy takes the pieces of jewelry downstairs and comes up pointing his finger at me, “You are the reviewer that gave us one star. You know we did reach out to you to resolve this, “ in a rude tone loud enough for everyone to hear it was awkward and embarrassing as a customer. Then he kept harping on me that I must of manhandled my pieces of jewelry for them to break. 1.) The only record I have of their number in my cell phone is my outgoing call to them to which I got that very that stinks response and 2.) The jewelry was one ankle bracelet and one normal bracelet both worn for less then three days before they broke. I did not appreciate being scolded in the middle of the store, both pieces were gorgeous, but I have never had jewelry ever break like me on that let alone two in one week just wearing them normally. Then he states he’ll only fix them if I remove my one star review on google. The whole situation was uncomfortable and odd. I got no apology for the phone call I had with them and how I was treated or what I was told. So I removed my one star, they fixed the jewelry the whole time the guy is still giving me a lecture on jewelry etiquette and how I am the reason small businesses are suffering and that I should think before I post. Well I also called you before I posted…so yeah. Quite an experience especially on my birthday when I went so far out of my way to look at their jewelry specifically. I updated to three they did fix my bracelets , but definitely need to work on customer service and I did not like they were holding me deleting my previous post over my head prior to...
Read moreThis place is literally so cute and such a fun experience! My friends and I spent over an hour in the store looking around, creating unique jewelry, and talking with the staff (who are all amazing by the way!!) The prices are extremely reasonable, especially since you are able to create custom pieces that you can't find anywhere else. I designed a gorgeous bracelet, picked out some (made in store!) earrings, and even got a few beads for my pandora bracelet (which were so much cheaper than pandora and pretty much the same exact quality!). Seriously, this place is amazing and I will be returning many times for gifts or just to explore more...
Read moreI went into this store twice today. The Crystal selection is amazing. I love how each crystal has its meaning. I would’ve missed the bottom floor if I didn’t ask what was downstairs. They need a sign that says Crystals. I was telling customers behind me “Did you go downstairs?” You have to go downstairs. It needs to be advertised better if not you will miss it. The sale girls downstairs are Amazing!!! Wow! Wow! The girls just were so willing to help you with everything. I got earrings made and bought lots of crystals since I went in...
