The Grand Banquet Hall — Attraction in Stillwater

Very disappointed that they were unwilling to find me a private space to pump, as I am a nursing mother. Amy told me there was a handicap stall in the bathroom but, "there is only an outlet outside of the stall so depending on how long my cord is, that may work?" No, that will not work but thanks. So, just a heads up if you have friends or family attending a wedding or function here, and they are nursing, they will not have a private space to pump. Also, I have been to 5 weddings in the past 6 months and this place is the only that hasn't been accommodating...

We had a wedding at The Grand last weekend, and it was amazing. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff was so helpful. They didn't have an event the day prior to the wedding, so we were able to set up the day before which was amazing. At the end of the night they had all of or decorations set on one table so packing up was so easy. We had so many compliments about what a great place it was for a wedding and how delicious the food was. ...

I used to love this place the food was always good. But the management is AWFUL. I ordered a burger to go got home and it was completely inedible it was more like a piece of charcoal in-between bread so I went back expecting my money or another sandwich and the b*h absolutely refused and I was being very nice at first but she obviously has no idea what customer service is or how to run an establishment DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...
