Tremblays Sweet Shop — Local services in Stillwater

I've been to Tremblays a few times in the past. I have always liked the convenience of fresh made truffles and other goodies in the neighborhood. My grandmother and cousin who brought her up from Kansas are here. My grandmother LOVES chocolate so i figured it would be a good stop while they are here. My grandmother and mom were asking the lady behind the counter questions about pricing and other things. The worker lady seemed annoyed. While i was looking around my grandma decided to have everyone pick out two truffles/balls. (5 people total) Grandma wasn't sure what would be the easiest about going to get them and the worker lady was even more annoyed. I felt rushed and unwanted along with my family. Once we got our stuff and hurried out, my fiance even mentioned how the worker lady had an attitude. I've always loved the products in there but i hope i never have to deal with that again. I have had super friendly people in the past, but i couldn't say how long it's been. Oh and its always cool to watch people making...

I have loved Tremblays for years (mostly visited the Hayward location but have been to Stillwater as well) and their fudge is absolutely top notch. The store atmosphere is great for kids of all ages. My complaint with them today is that I ordered a pound of fudge on Wednesday July 6 (to be sent to a friend) and it wasn't even packaged and sent until this morning, July 12th. There was nothing when I ordered it stating that there would be a delay in sending the order and as the shipping costs nearly as much as the fudge, you would think they could at least ship it promptly, like the next day after the order was placed. We all know the saying "kid in a candy store"... this store will make you feel like a kid again. Thank you for helping a 30 year old feel like a kid again. Seeing my childhood favorites was amazing. Its not every day you find a candy store that sells rock candy and jaw breakers ( the really big kind that you can barely fit in your mouth ) or even the strawberry hand candies that I used to love to eat as a kid. The prices were very reasonable as well. Thanks for helping me stock up on Jawbreakers, Lemon heads, and Atomic Fireballs. I'll be back for...
