I returned part of my purchase after the window and agreed to get store credit. After a moment I wanted to return one more item from the same receipt/purchase and all of the sudden the cashier got so rude, told me I was lucky he even helped me in the first place. Extremely rude and dismissive. I looked for the manager who would not even look me in the eye. When another employee asked the manager on our behalf to speak to us, she nearly yelled at us that we didn't deserve any courtesy. I had a great experience at this Mango location. I found a beautiful coat for my mom, and the staff went above and beyond to help me order it online when it wasn’t in stock. Although shipping took a bit longer than expected, the associates were kind, helpful, and professional throughout.
