Had a very pleasant experience here. Staff don’t wear masks, but they allow customers to try on clothing, and even have a fitting room. Went to Adirondacks clothing with Riley’s products a few blocks before and didn’t have as much variety as here. Got assistance from Wendy, an EXTREMELY helpful and kind person, who was so eager to help, and even struck up conversation making customers feel welcomed. Asked soo many questions and she never failed to check and help us look around. She was GENUINELY interested in helping us and was looking everywhere to give customers the best experience. Good quality clothing, great variety, and even better prices. Was skeptical of low prices sacrificing quality but clothes are very good, about $15-25 for a hoodie, which would probably would probably go for $30-40 in larger chain companies. Also wendy mentioned that the clothes are pre-shrunk, so they wont shrink if you wash them in hot water (a hoodie). Haven’t tried but hope it works!! No matter where I go, I try to check out some of the local souvenir shops to pick up mementos from my trips. Riley's was the 4th place I had visited during my little mini-vacation. First off, they have a fantastic selection of great gift ideas and second, the prices are very reasonable for really good quality stuff. The store is clean, well stocked (and a bit crowded), and very organized. I definitely recommend and will most certainly stop in again in the future. I went in there and the owner was extremely rude and the staff behind the counter was extremely rude as well!
