Bambaz — Restaurant in Town of Lake George

To anyone that's either from New York, Lake George, or out of state. I highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat from this place!! It's a small restaurant, but it's perfect! Food had a good wait for about 10 minutes which is not long at all, food that me and my boyfriend got was excellent! We both got the Mac & Smash (if I remember the name right). And you can either have tator tots or regular French fries, we both went with tator tots. My favorite part was the burger, the burger was excellent! Seasoned very well and cooked perfectly! The Mac and cheese was so creamy and cheesy which is so hard to find at a restaurant. And the tator tots were crispy and tasty like always. Plus, not sure if it was the owner or manager we were talking too, but whoever it was. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation with him. It's very rare to see service like that now a days with people trying to get in and out of places. They also played Tom & Jerry on the TV in front of us which was great! It added a lot of entertainment to me. Overall, great experience! Great food! And definitely a hidden gem. We will definitely be coming back next year or when we stop by Lake...

I feel like a review can’t even do this place justice. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality. I was happy to learn it’s family-owned, and the owner, Vincent, along with his son, are truly some of the kindest people you’ll meet.

The atmosphere is inviting, but what really sets this restaurant apart is the food—it’s unbelievably fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, and I can honestly say this is not only the best restaurant in Lake George, but one of the best I’ve ever been to. We went for lunch and then returned to dinner, all on the same day because it was that good!

My friends and I ordered a little bit of everything—the smashburger, mac & cheese, fries, and the Detroit-style pizza—and WOW. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. You can really tell the quality and freshness of the ingredients in every bite. I truly cannot wait to come back...

Awesome place!!! The food is fantastic! The staff are so kind and helpful. The atmosphere is a whole vibe.

We ordered 2 Smash n Mac, 1 smash w/tots, and 1 chicken nuggets w/tots to go. While we were standing ordering and chatting, the owner asked my son if he liked cars and handed him a hotwheels car! It was so sweet and my son was over the moon. He also spotted these bottles of juices and asked for one. I walked to the fridge and it said that they were made daily by the chef. We got blueberry and mango and they were SO good!

As we were getting our food the server was explaining how they specifically pack everything separately so that nothing gets soggy swooooooon but for dine-in it’s served over top.

When we got home the food was great. Not soggy. The burger buns are out if this world. The smash burgers were cooker perfectly. The Bambas sauce is really yummy.

10/10 would recommend. We plan on going...
