Little Blue House Lake Placid — Local services in Town of North Elba

I went in with my wife and our 2 year old son to look around. I overheard 3 of the associates(karens) one of which was probably the manager talking about someone who applied for a position, the manager seemed annoyed that the applicant couldn’t work nights or weekends. The conversation was loud and they didn’t seem to care that others were present. The manager even brought up the age of the applicant, which she said was an older woman. Pretty tacky and unprofessional to talk like that with the staff out in the open. The cashier was not friendly, blonde short hair, maybe jt was because we were ethnic that she seemed cold and unfriendly. It was very typical behavior of a Karen who isn’t thrilled to be taking care of a minority spending money in a place they work. The place was completely empty and one of the store clerks was watching me the entire time. I always make sure I put clothing back the way it was folded because I remember working in retail. As cute as this shop is, I am SO very disappointed and upset with them. I bought a $50 onesie for my 4 year old and it did not fit. They would not let me return it. What kind of insanely over priced child's store does not do returns?!?!?!
