Torrid — Local services in Tualatin

Went here after work the day after your Grand opening to find some work pants, some cute comfy finds, and possibly a new bra and some more panties. This is by far the most attentive Torrid location I’ve been to. They were super helpful with swapping out clothing sizes and helping me get resized for a new bra. I dropped 18 pounds in the last few months and tbh they made clothes shopping a million times less stressful. I always have amazing customer service with Torrid, but this by far was my most favorite experience. The store is set up absolutely perfect and you have the most adorable staff. I’m bummed I didn’t have enough time to shop on the opening date, but I’m super glad I was able to get what I needed and still able to come the first week of opening. I usually hate clothing shopping and honestly this was the first time I’ve actually enjoyed it in quite a few years. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to tell all of my clients...

I stopped in Torrid to search for something suitable to wear to a wedding out of state. Lexie, Krys, and Marcella were all so accommodating and helpful. I wanted to do the online survey but everything was a whirlwind and I was out of state three days after my visit so I didn't get to. The team instilled me with confidence and everyone was so humorous and gregarious. I never felt crowded or claustrophobic but always felt seen and safe and comfortable asking questions. I really appreciate especially that they held my purchase for me while I had to leave the store. I was gone longer than expected and everyone remembered me and welcomed me back and still had my things held aside when I came back. I love the size of the store but it seems they carry a ton of double zero size. It's a plus size store right? In any case most of the staff are awesome but they have this one girl who is a real crab apple. I find her following me like I'm suspicious and I have a credit card I spend regularly there. She's just not into her job or very friendly for that matter. It always makes my experience crummy when she's the store attendant. If you're a double zero and don't mind a rude employee roulette, this is your store. Clackamas town center has always been amazing and they don't ever treat me awful.
