We attended the #ThisIsTucson open air market yesterday. A work colleague of mine had shared her creosote and rosemary balm with me and wears Sonoran Rosie fragrance, and I was looking forward to discussing my Honey's skin issues.
However, unlike the other vendors who both acknowledged and engaged with us, Sonoran Rosie (or whoever was staffing the booth) did not look up from her phone nor utter one word. . Even when I remarked about my Honey sampling the creosote balm and discussing it with Sonoran Rosie, she didn't budge. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but even a "I'll be with you in a moment" would've sufficed.
