This is my second time coming to AK Jewelers, and once again I couldn’t be happier with my experience. AK and his daughter took the time to walk me through every detail of the stone and setting, and I felt confident in what I was buying. My ring features a 2.09 carat lab-grown diamond with excellent color and clarity, set in a beautifully detailed 14k gold setting with pavé accents. It sparkles brilliantly and looks even better in person than I imagined.

What stood out most was the level of customer service. The team is knowledgeable, patient, and never makes me feel rushed. They also provided certification and clear documentation so I know exactly what I have.

I went to over 20+ stores for my ring that I wanted. I saw it on display at another jeweler but wasn't with the right person to buy it at the time. I took a picture of it, and kept it until the time was right. Amit took a look at the picture, and after SO many other jewelers rejected me, said it would be no problem. Within a month (I would have waited longer because of how good of a job he did) he had the mounting made, had the stone choices for me to pick, and the shape was perfect. Amazing place to go to for jewelry! I went on a Saturday and this mall does get busy on their Saturdays but A K Custom Jewelers staff were able to help me without hesitation even though they were also busy! It was only 2 people while I was there but they were able to get to everyone, including me. I was super satisfied and happy with the rings they provided! Being my indecisive self, I felt bad for being indecisive but they were super patient with me, super sweet people and you can tell how much they care about their customers!
