I have been a customer for almost ten years, and despite my family and I no longer living in the area due to my military career, this team continues to provide world-class support for my furniture needs.
Every few years, the military moves me around the world, and without fail, the movers will damage or lose parts/accessories to my Kasala furniture. Throughout these challenges, the Kasala support team still finds time to send me replacement parts at no charge, even though I'd gladly pay.
Their support means a lot to me, especially since my wife and I miss Seattle. Kasala's quality furniture and service provide a warm reminder of Seattle. My family will continue making Kasala our #1 choice for future furniture needs.

I had a couple of questions so emailed their team, who is VERY responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly. After purchasing, they let me know how and when the delivery would be coordinated. On the day of, we were actually late, but they were super kind and waited. I had an issue with the table, we scheduled for a service person to come out and I had a great conversation with him while he looked at the table.
