Well burien Burger King has a really hard-working team the communication skills between coworkers doesn'tseem to be a big deal to them. I'm in there about 4 days a week getting me an ice cream their customer service skills are to be desired there are always in a hurry and not paying any attention to the customers really hard to tell who's the manager. I have a couple of my favorites that work there and they hold it together very well they're going bigger places for the rest of them males and females they're rude and impatient. It's always I'll be right there with you I'll be right there with you I'll be right there with you even ordering online. But I will continue to go back and get my ice cream and keep writing these reviews. I mean they all have good skills good working skills they just don't work the managers don't work well with their team the embarrassed their co-workers in front of customers they've accused me twice of lying about not receiving my order and the whole Burger King point system really sucks cuz you got to spend like $500 just to get a damn small french fry I've never been able to redeem my points I'm going to save some of this because I'm going to Burger King tomorrow what if you're not careful I'll tell you they don't have any hot fudge but what the manager really means is they have chocolate syrup they won't tell you that they will just say we don't have hot fudge because they seem to be incompetent it is the manager putting food in the bag he's not the one cooking he's not the one season in the fries he is the one only to tell everybody I'll be right with you and to embarrass the co-workers and really two managers I've seen get in the way more than they are helping the whole Burger King system I'm a mother of 10 children many a year if I can handle cutting some dang apples for a soccer team or maybe gathering up some arts and crafts supplies or baking cupcakes for 50 something children by myself I just really think the managers or the owner of this Burger King should give me a call and I will give him a few ideas how to save his Burger King cuz this one will fail my 3 for 7.00$can't keep those Burger King doors open southcenter Burger King is where I've been going for the past couple weeks and I have to say never busy they barely noticed you're there it's very clean and no hassle or stress the one in southcenter they have free napkins as well all Burger Kings have free ice water...

I worked at Burger King for a year as a teenager and never in my life have I, nor have I witnessed a "manager" treat a customer(s) with such disregard. The so called "manager" Zachary Weiss who was wearing a dirty wrinkled stretched Burger King shirt that staff members wear and no name tag and dirty to small jeans with the plumber crack hanging out was extremely disrespectful to and disregarding of minorities. He treated the African American family ahead of us with contempt. The female was trying to explain she was missing $2 worth of items from their order and Zachary refused to honor the receipt. He told the African American lady she needed to come back tomorrow 21 September 22 to speak to the general manager; Zachary said "I do not have the number to corporate".
Zachary was helping my Hispanic wife with her order, she met the $3 minimum to receive the get thank Tuesdays via T-Mobile on 20 September 2022 by purchasing $5 worth of food. My spouse showed Zachary the T-Mobile code via the Burger King app, Zachary's tone became disrespectful and ignorant. I intervened by showing him the code with my phone in one hand and pointing with the other. Zachary kicked me out of the store. Another gentlemen of minority descent came over and addressed the issue so my wife could receive the food she paid for and was offered via T-Mobile.

I have only ever been upset with burger king one time before this when i went to one and ordered a whopper Jr and found one of the screw for the top safety gaurd on the production bench in my burger. I can honestly say this was a worse experience. We pull in and park and the employee appear to be having trouble with a customer who is arguing with them. Apparently that had told him he could eat in the lobby then kicked him out for reason I dont know. So when the man leaves we go to go inside and notice the doors are locked. This was odd as there was a group of about 6 ppl inside at the time eating there good and watching as countless ppl got denied entrance to the dining/lobby area. A.s if this complete injustice wasn't enough me and my friends observed employees laughing as ppl tried to go in and found it was locked. And it dosent stop there, we get in the drive thru and spend 20 min in the drive thru waiting and eventually decided to leave as we had been sitting in the same spot for 10 min with cars in front who where there before we even got there. Who know how long they waited they must have the patience of saints.
