Zsaylah beauty supply review Ok! So I will no longer be supporting friends for this reason I booked her to help her out! She needed models so I paid 40.00 to book the appt cause that’s the deposits she charges when I went to the appt I was then charged 61 for lash extensions and a lash perm. I knew she did not have any lash perm experience however I allowed her to do it on me since she was a friend. Long story short she messed up my lashes I got there at 3:30 appt was at 3:45 she was late I laid down at 4 for her to start the lash perm went left. She glued my eye shut several times! Then she proceeded to apply the singles she was having trouble it was 10pm when I looked at my phone & I could not take it anymore because it had already been 6 hours laying down! I told her I had to go she said she was embarrassed and sorry that when I came back from vacation she would re do everything and fix it. However I came back booked a new appt I get there and she texts me she has to cancel because she over booked ok.... so I tell her let me know I’ll wait she ignores me I leave... she continues to ignore me. Today she finally writes back blaming me for everything basically! Now she won’t refund my money back! SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE! I will be reporting her to the cosmetology licensing board...

Absolutely ridiculous I had an appointment at 8:45 in the morning with sarah. She called the day before to confirm and move my appt to 9am. I arrived at 8:50am. I was then informed that Sarah was not there. Sarah didn't respond to any of the multiple calls or texts over the next 40 mins. I then went to the salon again and asked if she had arrived when I wasn't looking.She was not there and I was informed that this is a regular occurrence for Sarah. This is a beautiful place. You can get it all done here in this building, but this hairdresser is a gem, my wife just loves her visits here. The building is spotlessly clean with amazing restrooms. You do need a code to access the restrooms, but that's easy, just ask there. The location is in the middle of everything, so let the husband drop you off, and he can go out too all the stores.
