I did bought the screen protect they replace if it breaks. The screen protector did NOT protect. I did not even drop it! I came in to get it fix and the wouldn't. I had to go buy a new phone!! The next day I came in to get a new protector on the new phone, with the receipt, and they refused. I had to drive 45 minutes to get a " Guarantee" new protector which the refused to work with me AGIAN! This is the second trip I've made to them and they refuse to work with me.
