Waited in line for 10 minutes while the order takes gossiped with each other until a girl in a red shirt came up and offered to start taking orders on another register.

Floors where dirty, greasy and covered in food, and all the garbage cans where over flowing with trash.

While waiting for my food, and enjoying the peach ginger drink I watched a purple shirt behind the line ignoring everything going on in the busy kitchen playing on her phone.

Food came out in about 10 minutes, and they had my order wrong and mixed up on a tray with another customers food, which the other purple shirt employee fixed right away.

Food was already cold by the time we got to the table, the cheese on our burgers where already hard and cold, the sourdough bread on my sandwich was soggy and ripped making eating the burger with my hands impossible, I had to go up and ask for silverware. The burger meat itself had a weird flavor and texture, kind of like the patties I ate in my high school cafeteria, the ones that had soy fillers in them.

Very disappointed in this visit. We did enjoy the tuna burger on our last visit, so I think we're going to only come through for that.

Upon leaving, we noticed a sign on the door saying that they where closed due to mechanical issues and as we where walking out an employee was walking in with several bags full of ground beef from a local supermarket. Disclaimer: I've been to Habit exactly twice in 2 years. The good: The employees are very well trained to be friendly, helpful ,and professional. Similar to Culvers or Chick-fil-a. The fries are great. The burgers are good, but they aren't quite the gourmet fare that the prices would indicate. The bad: They are slow. Very slow! You would be pushing your luck if you had an hour for lunch. If you only have a 30 minute lunch, you won't make it. I understand that Habit believes the high quality taste is supposed to outweigh the price and the wait time, but it just isn't there. The annoying: The employees might be slightly over-trained to the point of being robots. My latest 27 minute drive-thru experience went as follows: After being asked to place my order, I said, "I'll have the #3 combo meal with a diet coke." The response, " Ok, the # 3 is the teriyaki burger?" I replied, "Yes." She asked, "Ok, would you like fries and a drink with that?" Chuckling loud enough for her to hear, I replied, "Yes, that's why I said the meal with a diet coke." "Ok, great," she continued, "what would you like to drink?" "DIET COKE, like I already said," as I rolled my eyes and thought OMG in my head. Then I sat in line for 24 more minutes.....So, fast forward to getting home and unpacking my meal.
