JCPenney — Local services in Twin Falls

I enjoy JCPenney. (IN TWIN) My husband and I went there looking for a perfume counter where we could choose a fragrance for me together. We found Sefora nestled within the store. The sales lady (Who I understand has been there forever) was quite dismissive and said we could try the testers along the wall. There were 10 or so fragrances, so we went about spritzing scents on slips of paper . It was no experience like we had at Macy's, where the gal at the counter spoke about the nuances of the perfumes. We made a choice, and only then did we get the attention of the "sales lady". Our choice was over $100, and she did not offer a gift with purchase. They were sitting right there on the counter. She did talk me into joining the Sefora club which I'm sure she got credit for. Not a good experience. I will not go back there for fragrances, I will go back to Ulta where there is way, way more selection, and the gals that work there are terrific. They usually have great gifts with purchase, and you can earn points if you join...

ARRIVED AT JCPENNYS WITH THE INTENTION TO SPEND GOOD MONEY IN THE JEWLERY DEPT FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS ASSOCIATES LEFT ME WAITING FOR HELP WHEN ASKED WHO NEEDS HELP I spoke up an associates did not want to help me as she stood overlooking me I asked questions about the sales they were incapable of speaking to basic knowledge of store ads an product that Jcpennys sells when asking about the size of carets in rings the answer was idk it should be on the box's I feel like when working In retail at minimal being friendly an attentive to customers should be a priority even if they lack store knowledge in this experience the associates working in the jewlery dept around 2pm on 12/19/21 have absolutely no customer service skills or any knowledge of the store. I will never shop this store nor do I recommend anyone spending hard earned money to waste it at this store located...

This is another great, affordable, family friendly place to get anyone's hair done in the family. They have just the right stylist for everyone's needs. They always get me in last minute and match me well with a stylist to meet my hair needs, often coordinating 4 of us in for one afternoon. I can't express how grateful I am to have Jess, Kayla and the rest of the staff to help our family. Without these affordable options, we would all walk around looking like shaggy dogs. The color has always been on point along with the cuts. With these pictures, I asked for a subtle and natural looking change. I was put with the new stylist from down south and she was amazing too! I feel like the indoor lighting did no justice to how beautiful my hair came...
