So….I love Swig! I go there all the time for drinks. I buy gift cards by the dozens for friends and family. Today I went to get a Sprite only. Just a Sprite. When I got home, (a 10-15 min. drive), I realized that my Sprite had no syrup. Basically soda water. Yuck! I called to tell them that I got all the way home before I tried it, and that it was definitely not OK. I really expected for them to be apologetic, but nope! Not even a little bit. Instead what I got was a very half hearted.”if you come back through we can get you another one”. So, at this point I’m a bit aggravated because I’ve asked things like, “do you need my name? How long do I have?” ,etc. and I’m still getting almost nothing on the other end of this call. Finally, I say, “I’m a little bit surprised that you haven’t said anything else to me. Like, ‘I’m really sorry this happened to you’.” The girl who answered was less than enthusiastic about saying, “well, sorry about that”. Ugh!! What happened to customer service? Can people even pretend like they care even just a little bit?! Im giving 3 stars because, like I said, I love Swig! But I’m not sure I’ll be so willing to spend my money there anymore. Geez!! Just an ‘I’m sorry that happened’ and I’d never even be writing this and I would have considered what I paid for soda water a donation to a...

Twin Falls is lucky to have now not one, but two cookie and drink shops with the arrival of Swig. I really wish I could get excited about them, I really do. They do have some unique drink combinations, and you can get them in pretty large sizes.
Other than that, the reigning local champion, Sips, still stands imitated though not duplicated. Perhaps their selection of cookies will expand with time, though at present their variety sits between Crumbl and Sips in quantity. In quality it unfortunately falls below the other two.
We’re Swig the only name in town, they would possibly earn a 4 or 5 star. With much better selections around, for equivalent price and higher quality, it is hard to recommend Swig. I wish them the best in their growth and development, and hope they can muster better competition to push the other cookie/drink places to...
Read moreWe are die-hard Pick Me Up fans since the bought out Sips here in TF, but I had a promo to get a free drink so we took a chance. The menu was filled with options which I appreciate. I have a hard time coming up with concoctions of my own and with PMU, you only have a few pre-designed options on the menu but a TON of flavors to make what you like (we always order from the old Sips menu which the employees all know), but I digress.
We went on 2/4/24 Drinks were great, guy at the window was nice, the only thing that could have been better was the gal who took our order before getting to the window. She was borderline nasty. Cold, curt, unresponsive when I asked how she was, and just rude. When you have competition like PMU and Dutch Bros with friendly staff and great drinks, it pays to fake a smile for 70 seconds to...
