Ross Twinfalls Idaho I recently had a not-so-great experience at your store and wanted to share my feedback. I encountered a long line and when I asked about it, and called they transferred me to the manager who was now at register agin , as she left and came back several times leaving only one cashier others that worked there on the floor, and as i watched she was talking to another lady just talking, she came back to her register the Manager Areceli was unhelpful and rude. She didn't know how to resolve the issue she walked away from her register multiple times. When I mentioned calling corporate, she responded rudely. I also asked for my receipt, but she stuffed bag without giving it to me. I believe there is a need for better customer service training. Read moreBought a comforter set on July 20th. Went to store to return it (unopened) on August 20th. They put it on an in-store credit because it had been over 30 days. July has 31 days so I missed their return window by 1 day. Asked if there was anyway they could put it back on my credit card but they said they have no way to do that. TJ Maxx will make exceptions to their 30 day rule if it's only been a few days. That's good customer service. Since I have to use the in-store credit I will go shop there again but after that is gone I probably won't go back. Their lack of flexibility & customer service is ridiculous. There are too many other places in Twin to shop that will go above and beyond for the customer & honestly Ross doesn't have that much selection or quality of merchandise. If the store associates or manager don't have the ability to make an exception to keep a customer happy maybe the company needs to look at...
Read moreWhen you shop at Ross, you just have to accept the fact that it is always going to be a complete and utter disaster. I just don't understand why that store is always such a mess. It seems like they have plenty of employees working. You see them up-and-down the aisles putting things away. Following shoplifters around and standing at the registers. But Im sure it's the complete lack of respect from customers. They are the ones who are picking stuff off the shelves and throwing it on the floor or putting it someplace it doesn't even belong. And if you are one of them, then shame on you. Other than that, the prices are pretty reasonable for what you're getting.
