First time I’ve ever been to this store, and the lines were pretty long due to the holiday weekend. Waited our turn, I ended up just getting a glass jar. I pointed out to the cashier that the bottom had a small chip in it, but it’s the only one they had left, and I’d hope they’d get more in. The cashier turned to her manager and asked if she could discount it, and she “why what’s wrong with it?” the cashier said it has a small chip. The manager then proceeds say, “it’s 3.99 we aren’t going to discount it, actually we aren’t going to sell it to you at all”. She said it’s her policy that if it’s damaged they they can’t sell it. If that were true, over half of the stuff in the store wouldn’t be sold. Very unprofessional, And clearly a lie, due to the fact the cashier looked at her confused and said what? Every customer should be treated with respect and courtesy. I don’t think I’ll be returning...

I brought my service dig with me and the greeter lady was so rude! He's trained and controlled and I was humiliated. She insisted that he had to be on a leash, and he actualkg is trained to be off leash and then said that I had to have control. We hadn't even entered the store yet as I was getting a cart and had two kids with me that are causing much more ruckus than him. He caused no problems the entire time we were there but that kind if ignorance is dangerous. Fortunately she was replaced before we left but I will not be returning...

I bought a bag of halloween gummy candies for $9.99 came home opened them and they were all in a big paint glob melted together they were not left in my car when straight home. Went in the next day to see if I could exchange for another bag of them and the associate said no went down to TJ Maxx and they said you make exchanged for a new one. I think the associates need to be trained or retrained better there for...
