Stopped in for food and a beer. One of the worst garbage meals I’ve ever had to throw away. 1st off the new system of pay at the front of the line is a joke. Nice try management. I also tipped 20% for food I had yet to see and service that had yet to happen. While one kid is trying to figure the payment machine another girl slips by and makes my pizza. I ordered it with classic red. They put enough sauce on it for 10 pizzas. Didn’t realize what was going on until she asked me if I wanted oregano on it. So much sauce the pizza came out soggy and gross. My wife ordered an entree size salad. Even though they were not busy and no one there was eating salad they claimed all salad bowls were dirty. No time to clean a salad bowl. So she got a plastic dish that was about half the size of the salad bowl she should have received. The salad was also forgotten about and one pore kid had to scramble to slop it together despite the 6 other employees all standing around gabbing . Gross pizza and half a salad later I was not happy about the tip I left or anything else about the experience. $40 bucks and we both...
Read moreI have heard lots of positive things about this place. I thought finally a good place to eat pizza. Pulling up to the restaurant and going inside, my first impression was it was clean and looked great. The setup reminds me of Subway. You can either choose a premade pizza recipe or make your own. I am a big fan of thick crust so I ordered that (costs extra). For sauce I used typical red sauce with standard mozzarella cheese. For the toppings I had chicken, bacon, pepperoni, jalepenos, and peppercinis. They threw it in the oven and I began drooling over the thought of this pizza.
I received it, took a seat, and that's where the downsides began. The thick crust appeared to be two thin crusts stacked together, because the entire time I'm trying to eat it, it is trying to separate. Pizza should never be eaten with a fork in my world, and there was no way around it. The crust would hit my pallet and greet me with no flavor. The toppings tasted great though which is good. The service was friendly and speedy.
"The most okay pizza in Twin Falls." - My words...
Read moreFour of us stopped here for an early dinner on a weeknight during a road trip. We ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and drinks. The food was prepared well with fresh ingredients.
The only reason this wasn't a 5 star experience was cleanliness. The women's restroom has no way to get hot water to wash your hands and the soap dispenser needs to be replaced. The floors both in the bathrooms and throughout the restaurant were extremely dirty with debris scattered in many corners and under tables.
An employee saying, "You didn't see that" to another employee about our food as they were about to put it in the oven and then both of them laughing was pretty off-putting, but I don't know exactly what I missed, so I'm not terribly upset. Kinda holding my breath that nothing happens that makes us sick. If it does, I will update this review. Pretty sure they were just young employees...
