Cotton On Tysons Corner — Local services in Tysons

This morning I tried returning an online order and they would not accept it unless I had the physical paper copy. I had the order up on my phone with the barcode too. The barcode literally says scan if you’re “in-store” to return. I tried twice to discuss it with the lady working and she flat out refused to even look at my phone. The most blatant lie. I chatted with their online customer service and they said that all I needed was my order number on my phone and I did NOT need the paper copy. I’m so upset...

Been at this location a couple of times for my daughter but their dressing rooms have never been available. Went today (Sunday) and my daughter wanted to try on some clothes, but their dressing room was closed again!! When I asked why it was closed the girl gave me a rude response about how they are understaffed and the mall closes at 7pm. It was 5:30! Needless to say, we walked out without a purchase. There are too many other good places in the mall to waste...

i love the selection of clothing here and i just bought a bunch of stuff today but i agree that the staff was lowk kinda rude. well one in particular. the person checking me out was very sweet. but there was another staff worker at a register and i asked them if that one was open and they said no in a very rude tone and just walked away.
