When I was in late Morning(9/19/24) the black lady with long hair and baseball hat was there. Did not greet me instead she asked me if I was going to buy something today? I donāt have to buy. Then I look at some shirts , set it on the rack she asks me where did I put the shirt. As she took it back to the table she made a comment under her breath. I said ā I am sorry, what did you say?ā - nothing. Finally I go to the fitting room, sheās on the phone telling someone ā oh sheās still here.ā As if I could not hear her. What kind of customer service is that?! I called the store later that day to speak to the friendly store manager, Nikki who understood, was apologetic and stated this was not the first or second time complaints have been made against her. In my personal opinion she needs to be asked to leave based on my experience today and a few different occasions. Today being the worst I received from that lady. Three stars because Nikki and a few other ladies are good for this store as well as large selection with earrings....

I was told if I left the store with my bag I would be stealing. She assured me there would not be two charges. Eight weeks later I am still fighting with corporate to get my second transaction credited back to my account. Ombre and Eden provided such incredible service and genuinely friendly advice that my girlfriend just had to get two items rather than the one she had set out to get. This is legitimately the key and gold standard to retail customer service and ultimately the exact relief and satisfaction from retail therapy so many shoppers set out for.
