Waste of Time & Zero Respect for Customers I booked an appointment in advance, drove 40 minutes to get here, and was told upon arrival they were "not ready." They promised a 30-minute wait, but after 30 minutes, they said I needed to wait another hour or more.
This is unprofessional and dishonest. If you donât value appointments, why even offer them? They clearly donât care about customersâ time or effort.
Three Major Issues: False promises about availability No apology for wasting nearly 2 hours of my day Chaotic management â no plan to fix delays
Do not trust their booking system! Iâm sharing this to warn others: Avoid this business unless you enjoy being disrespected. I will never return, and neither should you. Save your time and money.Choose a spa that actually honors...
Read moreBeen to many more massages and experience we had here was mediocre, if not worse. Iâm used to more traditional Chinese Massage and the massage I got here was far far away from my expectation. Although communicated with masseur with clear Mandarin and English, he just ignored. It was just a very light skin massage. Also, the whole process was very cold. The masseur didnât even try to cover me. Aside from the massage, upon finish when I was asking for price, front desk lady tried to let me pay for $130, until I pointed out the promotion they were offering âbuy one get one halfâ and she just said ok. Overall itâs a really bad experience, although Iâve got maybe 5 min worth of good massage, it definitely not worth the price. Will...

You lie down on a real table, and get at least 30 full minutes of real, deep massage. It is a professional place, in the Tysonâs Corner Mall, and everything is above board and the price is very reasonable.
Altogether, this was an excellent choice, and I certainly hope to come back (I have not gotten regular massages since I moved back to Washington from Bangladesh a few years ago; but I should probably change that and see to my back, as it hurts more and more as...
