Poor customer service. Store received mainstream product and doesn’t place on the floor for customers. Self identified Manager dismisses customer to come back the next day because they will receive and unpack inventory of product. Later that day.

Customer returns the next day and they say nope sorry still unpacked. Another self identified Manager makes no effort to assist and tells customer they have no idea when it will be available.
