Annie's — Local services in Vail

On our 25th anniversary trip to Vail (6/20/22) my husband and I stopped in, and I purchased about $280 worth of linens. We did lots of shopping in Vail and had everything shipped home. The associate who helped me at Annie’s said they shipped as well so I wrote down my name, address, phone and email in their notebook. She said it’s go out that day. We received everything else we’d bought in Vail by Friday of the same week except for the linens we purchased from Annie’s. I called Monday (6/27/22) and the lady who answered said she check on it and call me back. She did and said UPS couldn’t locate it. Then called me and said they’d found it but a box had called on my package so it would be shipped back to their store & go out again to me. I said ship it FEDEx. I called Wednesday & asked abt my pkge, the sales associate said she’d call me back. She did & said my package was sent out on Tuesday and it went three day so it should be delivered on Friday. No apologies for the hassle or mixup tho. I asked about a tracking number and said I’d like it emailed to me which is what they should have done in the first place as part of good customer service. She said she’d call me back with it. That was Wednesday. I’ve heard nothing more from this store and no package was delivered Friday or is coming today according to usps. This store must be doing so well that they can treat customers with such disdain & indifference. I’ve never had such awful service and will never shop here again. I will be calling my cc and canceling this purchase. Shame- I really liked those linens but every time I’d use them I’d think of the awful way I was treated by the employees and for all I know, the owner of this store. Shoppers beware. Do not shop here! The owner does not pay her vendors. I am a vendor who she owes money too and it has been 10 months of collection calls and not even any response. Not sure why this chic is still in business if she cannot...
