Usually, I find consistency to be a good thing. But the consistent level of customer service we get here is not a good thing. Our recent visit here was the best we've had ever, but we left feeling like something was missing. There is/was -- being treated like you're valued. We have never been greeted or recognized as an important part of their business. The usual greeting is "Two?"
Our waitress this time was okay. She actually showed some interest in our order. She was the most friendly and sociable service staff we've ever had here. I started thinking that maybe this time, things will be different this time. But she was a one-off from the rest of the crew.
Cleanup staff walked around while tables sat waiting for clearing. Other wait staff stood around chatting while customers sat waiting for service. Our waitress kept busy assisting with doing what others should have been doing.
It took about as long for our meal to be delivered as we usually experience. It came warmer than usual. I was surprised by how long it took to get our food this time because the place was mostly empty!
The quality of the food was the usual blandness. Never really bad, but nor is it what I can call good.

Read moreI'll start out by saying they were not busy when we went. Maybe half the tables were filled and our waitress only had 2 tables other than ours.(we were a table of 4) Our service was terrible. Colleen does not need to be waiting tables. We were seated and she ran over in a huff, slammed down on silverware mumbling something about how she doesn't have time to wrap it and took off, we didn't see her for another 15 minutes. She finally comes back takes our drink and food order, disappears for another 13 minutes before coming back with our drinks. We then sat, for 40 minutes waiting for our food. I think she must have forgotten it back there because when we did receive it, it was ice cold. On top of that we had to wait another 10 minutes for my mother in law's food to come out (she forgot to ring it in the first time). She slammed everything down. EVERYTHING. There were 2 families of 4 that arrived at the same time we did, got their food, ate and left before we even got our food. She must have been having issues all day because at one point she told the table behind us the manger wasn't discounting tickets anymore. They accepted it or waited for it to be recooked. Read moreThe food was good, don't get me wrong. But the service was a little on the slow side. They were under staffed and there weren't even a lot of people dining. The wait was just a little longer then I would have liked. Also, my debit card was overcharged for the meal that me and my sister ordered. I paid for our meal and a total came to $24. I left a tip. But my card was charged almost $10 more then what our bill and tip was. I called to talk to the manager the same evening, and I was told that I needed to talk to the general manager but he wasn't in at the moment so I needed to call him the next morning. So when I call the next morning to speak with the general manager he was not available because he was in a meeting and I was told again to call back in an hour. So I called back in an hour, and I was told that he was still not available because he was in the kitchen. They told me once again to call back a little later. Every time I left my information so he can call me back when he was free he never called me back. Long story short, they were understaffed, the wait for our food and drinks were to long, & they all over charge you and won't let you talk to anyone to get the problem solved.
