Geek Squad — Local services in Weatherford

If I could give zero stars it would be too many. Gave them a drive to attempt recovery. They failed at the store and UPS ground shipped it to another location and it was lost in transit. They did not replace the drive and hid behind their terms and conditions, only compensating for the loss of the data. The folks at the store were OK with compensating for the drive but had to refer me to corporate who took that off the table. Such complete and total villains at Best Buy. Geek squad is getting caught by a stray here but...

They do not tell you that when sign up that when you upgrade their plan stay going reguardless have the phone or not. Would not refund processed charges even though have proof of phone upgrade.

Also the plan does not cover much and may as well buy a new phone after have to pay deductibles. Not worth the $8-12 a month. If it will NOT cover your...
