Whataburger — Restaurant in Weatherford

I visited one evening recently. Ordered a burger, fries and drink. The young guy working the counter had hair well below his shoulders, and it did not look clean. Went and sat down, there were three employees sitting at a table in the back of the dining room. The were telling stories which they seemed to think were hilarious, mainly I suppose because they loudly and liberally sprinkled the word fxxk in the telling. The table were sticky and mustard was on the seat. I wiped the seat with a napkin. I guess the trash hadn't been emptied in a while since I could smell it from a couple tables away. It wasn't just a little odor... I saw a bagged order sitting on the counter for a few minutes, and since I was the only customer in the dining room, assumed it was mine. One of the employees sitting in the back noticed the bag and slowly walked up, grabbed it, walked to my table and plopped it down, never speaking or even looking at me. He then turned around and went back to the story telling table. I don't guess that they use trays for dine-in orders anymore. The fries were old and cold. The burger was underdone. The drink was OK, I guess. This used to be "The Good" whataburger in town- there's another one about two miles away. I won't be returning to this one, and will give my money to the...

we went to Whataburger around 11:00 PM today and when we arrived, we were originally there to get shakes and they had let us know that the shake machine was down and then we resorted to getting some burgers we got us all (4) burgers. And every single burger that we got was wrong in some way one of those burgers had a long gray hair we had the general manager come over and look at the food and then he repeated out loud “Karen Karen Karen”, as in the Manager, who was working he then proceeded to have her try to remake her order when we had told him we just wanted a refund and everything would be fine. They refunded the wrong burger just so happened to be cheaper than the one that had the hair in it. I’ll put pictures down so you can look for yourself. We pulled the hair out of the burger and it was cooked into the cheese and The patty not only that, but the other three sandwiches were completely half ass made And got the orders completely incorrect the staff was rude, inconsiderate, and lazy, and as we were sitting there waiting for our refund the Manager, (Karen) Came up to work the front and was sitting there laughing about how they have already had to remake five of the orders that night. Seems reoccurring. They have completely lost our business and I hope the health department...

I love the food at Whataburger, but the service is so bad here it is becoming harder and harder to return. My order is screwed up every single time I eat here, things are missing or I am charged for extra stuff I didn't even order regardless if I drive through, order curbside, or dine-in. Most of the time the employees are friendly so I typically give the benefit of the doubt and I always check everything before I leave.

Yesterday my family and I visited for dinner. The girl at the counter (dark brown hair and glasses) didn't acknowledge me before I ordered, or even after I said hi. Her attention span was so minimal I had to correct her several times just to take my order, and even then it was not correct when we received it! Before my order was complete she walked off, without saying anything and another employee (Ariel) was nice enough to finish.

The missing employee emerged minutes later to fill up her personal drink at the soda fountain, cutting in front of everyone in line that was there without so much as a word. I guess she thought her time was more valuable than anyone else's there.

There are plenty of other choices in Weatherford, so we'll be branching out and trying...
