Ross with corona definitely has some new rules in place, which I respect. But with all the havoc I wish they would respect the struggle they put on their customers just to shop there. At first entering Ross they will not allow you to bring in drinks, which is fine n dandy just drink it throw it away or leave it at the front. No big deal. Well I needed to go to the bathroom left my friend to shop with my baby considering they do not have their bathrooms open to the public. Completely understandable so I went next door by the time I got back (especially in this Texas heat) I’m sweating. Wanting to do my shopping and have fun but my baby boy has a dirty diaper. If I’m just gonna have to change him at Kohl’s I might as well shop there too. But I decided to give them the chance to be considerate and they flat out tell you no. Even with a baby. You could imagine how sweaty and tired I was after walking now with my child to the next store over. They refused to even consider my child, they told me to go change my baby in my car instead of putting in some effort for their customers just to walk them back to the bathroom or fitting room (what does it matter as long as there’s flat surface) for them to sanitize the surface before and after and keep 6ft distance. They could have worked around it but they didn’t care to be bothered with extra service for a CHILD. Thankfully kohl’s has their restrooms open with sanitizing so my child didn’t have to be changed in the Texas heat. Thank you kohl’s! Read moreSo I just moved into my new place , as we all know, it’s hard enough to buy things when moving into a new place. So I went and bought this pillow and other stuff that I need for my place. I thought the pillow would look cute on my couch, unfortunately it didn’t. So I returned it back for exchange, unfortunately that did not work either. When I returned it the cashier was so frustrated with me because she had trouble refunding my money back, she was like I have seen you here a lot here and been doing exchanges and returns a lot in a very mean and angry voice. I was like what does that suppose to mean? I don’t have to return something even if it doesn’t work for me? Do you think I don’t have anything else to do besides buying and returning things? you think I’m happy doing these trips to Ross? I kept my cool, didn’t say anything to her. I was in this store on a Saturday afternoon that they were very busy and their store was immaculate which most if not all Ross stores by this time of day look like a front end loader had been thru their store. Not only that but every employee was happy and happy to help. Something Ross corporate should take note of and find out why this manager can do so much with their store and employees and the rest of Ross stores are not able to keep up with normal business. Don't get me wrong I love the deals at Ross and find myself In there at least once a week and I've learned not to expect much organization in their stores but love their prices.
