The pasta was dry. We had to keep asking for more sause from the kitchen. The bread sticks did not taste fresh, they were tough. I asked for no onion on my salad, and he got it wrong. Then when he brought my salad back, it didn't have any croutons. I came here for dinner and the pasta portions were lunch sized. The seafood alfredos' scallops and shrimp were rubbery and did not have a sear on them. They looked white with no color at all. I had a member of our party who was paying seperate and the server told us that we would be able to do it on the kiosk, and that if it gave us any issue that we could ask him for assistance- he dissapeared for 30 minutes. Then we took our kiosk to the front to pay because it kept saying error and it still took another 30 minutes to pay. This is ridiculous. They were not busy. Nobody waiting. No guest waiting to be seated , many open tables and 6 employees just standing in the front on thier phones ,chitchatting with eachother, not helping. No explination of what was taking so long, no reasurrance, no apologies. They were just standing there looking at me. My kids and husband went to the car and sit in the cold weather because it was taking so long in the restaurant. When you are ready to pay for your bill- you shouldn't have to wait an hour. Check number #825225 almost $90 meal not...
Read moreI haven’t been to a Olive Garden in a few years. You can’t expect the best out of most any chain restaurant because they are unfortunately held back by making things in a uniform manner. The service was excellent. But, I ordered the chicken Marsala a dish that I’m well aquatinted with as I have made it at home and ordered it from many restaurants. With the taste and texture of the chicken you can easily tell that it was frozen after it was cooked and not prepared fresh. I couldn’t taste any of the Marsala wine in the sauce at all it was very watered down and more like some type of brown gravy complete with two lonely slices of mushrooms on top. The pasta and marinara sauce was also not fresh made. My guest ordered the shrimp scampi it also tasted like something warmed up from a freezer bag. The shrimp had no caramelization. There was no fresh parsley or capers or lemon. Just some pasta with a very watery sauce. If this was advertised as a fast food chain that I ordered from the counter and paid $5 for I wouldn’t be complaining. My guess is that someone in corporate decided to let go of the chefs and replace them with individuals that they can pay $15 hour or less to warm up non restaurant quality food. As for me if wa a TV dinner instead of paying $50 for it I’ll go look in the freezer section and use my...
Read moreIn the time we are in now service is terrible most places but this place takes the cake. Positive part is great food. The negative part the service was terrible. Why thy do not fill a bowl of soup more than a third of the way full is ridiculous. The waitress acted like she was paying for everything we ate out of her own pocket. She acted like she was rushing us to move along after one 1/3 bowl of soup and one basket of breadsticks. We each asked for another bowl and got another 1/3 bowl of soup and had to basically beg for more bread sticks. After the second "bowl" of soup she the came around and immediately asked if we wanted dessert. We asked for more soup and breadsticks and got it again 1/3 full and no breadsticks. When she then came around again she brought the mints, put them on the table, and told us to have a good night. I guess we were done? Never once in the whole vist did she offer us anything other than dessert. We had to stop her as she walked by, ask for everything, and got very poor return when we did. Very disappointed in this visit. Not once did we say anything negative or do anything to make her feel uncomfortable. Not sure why she acted like this unless it is what they are trained to do with the never ending soup salad and breadsticks...
