Yogurt Story — Local services in Weatherford

i wanna start this off by saying i come here VERY FREQUENTLY as i absolutely love frozen yogurt and this is the only option for it within 30 miles of where i live but i can’t say i have had a good experience here. the employees are pretty much always in the back and when you ring the bell to pay after serving yourself, they come sulking out the back and have absolutely zero customer service (thank god they don’t expect any tips here) the dining room itself never looked disgusting but every time i have used the bathroom it smells like puke. I would also suggest cleaning the utensils that the toppings are scooped with, as well as dating the toppings because sometimes when I go in there the toppings and their utensils genuinely look like they’ve been sitting out a while to the point where it’s concerning. they supposedly close at 10 PM but tonight i went in around 9 pm and all of the chairs were already up on the tables, the toppings were basically already up so i just turned around and left but then I went back inside to go ask the employee for a card to be able to get in touch with the owner and she literally laughed in my face which confused and irritated me, but after seeing the owners responses to all these reviews, I can see why she did. it is such a shame that this place is ran so poorly because I want to come here but do not feel welcome in the slightest. yogurt...

Go here often and the employees are always either on their phones or in the back. When they are out they are usually rude or just very quiet with 0 emotion, makes it very uneasy when they are just staring at you with almost a judgmental tone. The prices are high but that’s just typical frozen yogurt these days so no big deal. The place is almost always dirty no matter how much the owner wants to respond on here saying it isn’t.You would think that wouldn’t be an issue beings I’ve always seen the employees looking bored on there phones acting like they have nothing to do. Went in today at 9pm and the place was basically closed almost all topping were put up ,the few that weren’t were already wrapped up to be stored.The sign on the door said it closed at 10 so Was very confused as to why they were closing over an hour beforehand,because she had to have started at 8:30-8:45 I imagine by the way all of the chairs were put up as well. I understand starting closing 30 minutes before but a hour is crazy especially being there are multiple other reviews saying the same thing.Sadly this is the only frozen yogurt place nearby,but definitely won’t...

Today (August 13th) around 5pm, I had a very bad experience unfortunately. I took an original tart ice cream, as I always picked up in different ice cream parlors, and I immediately felt that the taste wasn’t good, it was sour, curdled, impossible to continue eating. My husband and my daughter said the same. When reporting to the attendant, she said she would prove it as soon as she finished making the smothies of other customers, which took a while and even started doing that of new customers who arrived after my complaint. So I complained to the other attendant who had just arrived. She just took a new pot with the same flavor and gave it to me, without even changing the ice cream refill. When I saw that it was the same taste that before I asked her if she has changed and she said no, and didn’t even tried the ice cream, and just said that "their taste was just like that". Even seeing I was very unsatisfied, they never offered me to have my money back, offered me to get another flavor or any other solution. I will definitely never go to this place again....
