Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Weatherford

Creepy old manager came over to my table and started saying that i have to pay for another buffet because my boyfriend was trying my food. i immediately got uncomfortable because he was yelling in my face about it. i’ve learned by reading these reviews that apparently he yells a lot in front of customers. yikes. he really does and now i’ve experienced it first hand! VERY unprofessional. the reason i didn’t just get us two buffets is because my boyfriend said he really wasn’t hungry and that he may have a bite of mine so i didn’t think it would be THIS BIG of an issue, im a paying customer for sakes! i decided to take it togo because once again i was really uncomfortable a older man felt it was appropriate to get in a young girl such as myself’s face and yell. i already didn’t like this cicis because to me it’s grimy but, it’s this was icing on the cake! i was proceeding to leave when the old man stops me and says i can’t take it out either i told him he made me uncomfortable and then he yelled at me again by saying that he didn’t care and he wasn’t going to let it slide so i left and now i am writing this review. you guys don’t go here either the food was cold and hard and i only ate here because i thought it was cheap but one buffet which they claim it to be $8 is actually $12 and seriously overpriced even if it was $8 because of the conditions of the rock hard food. it’s really odd an old man would care about someone taking a single bite of someone else’s food and yelling in a customers face about it like that and getting the entire restaurants attention! next time please give me 50ft sir, you had hot breath 🤢. it wasn’t only the old man though, i watched as the middle aged man cashier who literally acted like a child point his finger at me and i was completely thrown off by this, everyone in the restaurant was staring. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE. ps there’s a cicis over in Mckinney that is way cleaner, fresh pizza, AMAZING SERVICE, and the BEST atmosphere possible at a cicis and y’all should definitely go check them out because they make this cicis look like a literal dumpster fire lol. Me and my friend went there, got ONE buffet with the same scenario because i wasn’t too hungry and a manager tells me “if you’re hungry you can grab yourself anything,” with a smile and even brought me a drink! so so kind! i also started thinking about how this manager has 13-14 y/o girl employees and i honestly feel horrible for them! no wonder half of them get sick (from the horrors i’ve heard) in the back, their constantly smelling his hot breath and being yelled at. they also probably get creeped out by Mr. Man child over here who sits on register and does absolutely nothing but...

The customer service was great, except the last time I was there before this time, when you ordered a pizza when you paid, they would put it on the buffet of pizza so other people could enjoy a new taste. Well this time they did not and brought me this very small pizza which looked very undercooked, thrower together without any care at all, and my toppings seemed to be in the center of the pizza. I managed to eat two slices of this very doughy, warm pizza before the dough started to stick to my dentures and making it hard to keep them in my mouth. Talk about embarrassing. I went to the counter to say something but they all seem to busy or preoccupied with more important stuff than to deal with an unsatisfied customer. So I took my loss and walked out unknown to me just a few hours later, I would be hugging my boyfriends toilet throwing up everything it seemed like for the last week I ate, which I was in town visiting from out of town. Finally I stopped long enough for him to bring me home, and when I got home I was crawling to my trash can on my hands n knees to throw up. My stomach hurting so bad I thought I was throwing it up at times. Turned out I had a small case of FOOD POISONING from CICI'S Pizza. They will never get mine or my boyfriends business again. Absolutely disgusting place! We went on August 9th & we had to use plastic dinnerware, which was not an issue, the issues are: the salad bar was almost empty & filthy, hardly any pizza to choose from on the buffet, the floors are filthy & covers in layers of filth, the floors are extremely slippery, several of us in our party of five slipped on fifth on the floors, the drink area is covered in sticky sodas, the ice was overflowing out of the runoff area in the machine. What pizza there was was lacking flavor. A wan who brought out the fresh baked cinnamon rolls actually put them on the line upside down & proceeded to stand there smiling watching patrons put them on their plates in confusion. The tables are nasty & not cleaned up after each party leaves, the young man cleaning up the tables was too busy standing around staring at the young females in the establishment, the cleanup cart had drinks & food running down the sides onto the floor, the rag used to wipe off the tables was gray due not being replaced often! The employees are rude & didn’t seem to care if this restaurant was clean or not. The manager was sitting in a booth on his laptop. I made a call to the health dept in regards to this establishment, this place should not be open to the public until is is properly cleaned & the staff taught how to work in a restaurant.
