Placed my cart at the end cap of the beauty aisles, to avoid taking up too much space as I was just checking ingredients on a few things. My back was turned for MAYBE minute and when I went to go get my cart, it was gone. The manager that was working in the same department denied seeing anything and not knowing where the products in my cart went. She gave me attitude and she's lucky I didnt pull a full Karen and go off on her in the store. I've literally never seen anyone care less about helping a customer in retail. I've spent a lot of money here in the last 2 years and had my current cart full of at least $200 in merchandise. Will absolutely not be returning and I will be pulling a Karen to call corporate to report this manager's nasty...

   Read moreMy husband and I were stopped at the door AS SOON as we entered. The little Hispanic lady asked us where our mask were, we told her we couldnât wear one. She proceeded to ask why and what our issue is and itâs a store policy to wear one regardless. First off, due to HIPPA she isnât allowed to ask what our heath issues are. Secondly, if we have heath issues we cannot wear a mask regardless of what the âstore policyâ is. We have NEVER been stopped from going in a store whole time, much less been REFUSED for having heath issues!! Very disappointed in our local TJ Maxx that we went to every single week...
