Firehouse Subs Weatherford Ridge — Restaurant in Weatherford

Staff was a bunch of kids just punching the clock. No customer service. It was my first and probably last time to this chain of sub shops. I was supposed to get a free large drink, did what it said to do by punching in my phone number. No dice. I was told that I did something wrong, instead of them trying to make it right.

We had $160.00 worth of food ordered. I have found out that they give a military discount. I guess Veterans don't apply to this, as I was there in my Iraqi Freedom Veteran hat. I had my military retiree i.d. card also.

Every sandwich was wrong, and we were charged for every extra. Some sandwiches were missing half the toppings, others the entire topping.

What a ripoff! I am going to contact their corporate office after this. I am pasting in my wife's review below. She's not happy to say the least.

My first review for this store was 5 yrs ago. Basically it was alright, but there was absolutely room for improvement. I was a regular then. I had discovered Firehouse Subs @ the Rosedale Fort Worth location, near the hospital. The one in Weatherford had just opened. I assumed it would improve over time.

Today 4.8.22 I came back again for the first time since that last visit.. it's gotten a lot worse. There was only one other customer in the store. I order my sandwich & ask for extra onions. There were hardly any on the sandwich. Whatever, no big deal. But the sandwich was soggy & the soda was stale. Last minute I add on a lrg loaded potato soup. The guy at the register exclaims "Wow! Our prices really have gone up!" Okay? I haven't been in this location for 5yrs. I'd never known if you hadn't said anything.. The thing that really bothers me tho is that tiny serving of $5 soup literally looked like that watery trash Campbell's Chunky Soup you get in a $3 can. I was flabbergasted by the quality.
