Be aware these people are liars and sell junk cars they don't stand behind. Work thier employees like slaves so they can't take all their college classes at once. They Make the salesman pay for Windshields and any other repairs the vehicle may need. Therefore you get ignored when you get the verification the vehicle needs the repair. This is definitely a problem. They will tear your credit to the ground. I wasn't sure I wanted this vehicle. But the salesman pushed and pushed the app on me. I provided very little info, told them only ask ONE co, gave them the name of that company. Later find out they went through At Least 12. 12!!! I did Not Approve of that. Nor did I even give them enough info to be approved. But finance pushed through every bank until he got it approved. Because of the windshield repair, I was fired from my job bc everyday the windshield people were supposed to be at my house that day, then it was the next day then the next and the next. 5 days of waiting all day. The tire problems they resolved (or they thought they did) by putting 48 lbs of air in each tire. Then when I figured that out with the help of Discount Tires, I went back to the dealership reported it to the GM he then told me, "It's OK to Over Inflate Tires That 35 psi is only a guestimate!!!"" During the test drive I noticed the chips in the windshield and the tire light coming on and told the salesman, I Also Asked about Struts and shocks and a recent Tune up, oil changes. I was told All was Good. That was not true. At 87,000 miles it had the original Struts and socks on it and they were completely worn out. No one would return my calls about that..All these repairs I had to pay out of my pocket And still find a job. I did an interview at the dealership and was Told I was hired! But, they would get back to me on Monday when the owner was back from camping. On Monday when I showed up, I was then told the owner and his wife are very cheap and decided to put in a phone system to answer the phones. So, you as the customer are to choose which department you wanted. Doesn't That sound Very professional! There is also lots of interesting things around the showroom floor, But when you ask about them you get several different answers no one really knows the real truth about why he has The Kips boy or Ronald McDonald there. The first answer made the most sense, It was his happy moments from childhood. Then was told in the Employment Interview that That was not true. He came from a very wealthy family and would have Never eaten at those places. Then there is this Cool, Very Cool rebuilt old Truck on the Showroom floor. Everyone gives a different answer on How long it took to rebuild the 1956 truck. I literally Hate this Vehicle, not only BC it has caused So much stremy life. There is so much wrong with it and I can't afford all the repairs. But It doesn't have certain features. Please don't waste your time going here. Who makes the Salesman pay for the repairs on vehicle they are supposed to sell? They are all very kind people, it's the rules of...
Read moreI had the best buying experience of a vehicle I ever had yesterday at Roger Williams in Weatherford. My salesman was Uriel Olivo. I never meet Uriel until yesterday since I place my order for the vehicle over the phone. Uriel was awesome to work with and he emailed me updates just about weekly letting me know the current status of my Wagoneer build as it progressed.
The Wagoneer arrived 8 weeks later and I went in yesterday morning to complete the purchase. Uriel introduced me to Ryan Tengco and Justin McLain in the business office to complete the sale. Ryan worked with my credit union the previous day and already had all of my documents ready to go!
I sat with Justin for literally under 5 minutes and signed the sale documents on a huge digital tablet that he has on his desk. All numbers were exactly what we had discussed on the phone, no surprises. After the digital signatures Justin handed me a single USB drive that had my copies on it which I appreciated, very cool.
I live in Keller, TX and called Roger Williams out of desperation after trying to order my Wagoneer from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in North Fort Worth and Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Both the Fort Worth and Grapevine dealership wanted 5% to 10% down to place the order and had mandatory $2,000 dealership add-in packages of things I did not want on my vehicle! I called Roger Williams, got transferred to Uriel, and he said I could order the vehicle from Roger Williams for $500 down and there were no required dealer addons.
Do yourself a favor, research your vehicle online before you even go to the dealership. You can even use the Chrysler/Jeep online inventory search to find where a vehicle might be located. Call Uriel Olivo and make an appointment to come in. If he doesn't have the vehicle at Roger Williams they can transfer it in so you can complete the sale there! If you are anywhere in the metroplex you can do everything over the phone like I did and drive in to complete the sale once they have...

We initially brought our truck to Roger Williams in Weatherford and paid around $250 to have it diagnosed. They told us the issue was the heater core, so we had it fixed — but that wasn’t the problem. The issue persisted. So we brought it back and were told they’d need about a week to look at it again.
That was two weeks ago. Not only have they still not looked at it, but we’ve received no updates. We’ve called and left message after message for Leland, the service writer — no response.
When we visited the dealership in person for an update, we found our truck sitting outside, covered in hail damage. No one had called to tell us. The employee who walked us out to the truck actually laughed and said, “Guess yours wasn’t one of the ones we moved, hahaha.” We were in complete shock — not just at the damage, but at the sheer lack of care or accountability.
Today, after calling again and begging not to be transferred to Leland, I was put on hold and eventually told, once again, that “he’ll call you back.” Hours passed with no response. My son called. Nothing. My husband finally called and asked for the service manager — only then did we finally get a call back from Leland, who told us they still haven’t looked at the truck!
So now we’re two weeks in, with hail damage added to our frustration, and we’re being told it’ll still be another 2 weeks before they look at it, and two more weeks to get parts. A full month without a vehicle, and not a single proactive update unless we hunt someone down. Keep in mind, the issue is a head gasket. There is no need to look at it, just order the parts and fix it. It takes a month to just look at the vehicle???
Yes, the repair is under warranty — but we paid for a misdiagnosis, were left without transportation, and treated like we didn’t matter.
We’re picking the truck up still broken, and taking it anywhere but here. My sincere advice: go where people value your time, your vehicle, and your dignity. This is...
