If I could give this joke of a "business" a lower rating I would. I purchased my now wife's wedding ring from JCPenney and proposed to my wife, after the proposal we took the ring back into the store, we needed the ring a 1/2 size smaller. Now first I am told by the woman behind the counter it will take 2 weeks for the ring to be resized and back in my possession, it took 1 week and a diamond was missing from the ring. We send the ring back to be repaired from JCPenney's error, after 45 minutes of being accused of taking the diamond out ourselves (when the diamond was still in the unbroken seal of packing she handed us back) I finally got them to repair my wife's ring. This time it takes exactly 5 weeks when the repair place is only about an hour or so drive from the JCPenney that sent it out. The explanation was the sales associate LOST THE RING IN THE STORE. We finally get the ring back and two days later the same diamond that was missing had fallen out, so we take it back to a different location and they determine the ring has a defective prong. This entire process happens 4 times before Calvin at JCPenney Weatherford finally just lets us pick out a different ring, tells us it will take 3 weeks max and with a rush order on our repair, it has now been 5 weeks with no ring. The associate that I just got off the phone with hung up on my because she was clearly frustrated at my displeasure with their facility. We are going on 3 months of marriage and 10 months total since ring purchase and my wife has had her ring for a grand total of 2 weeks. JCPenney is the worst customer service, experience and everything. I hope no one ever has to experience this awful trash of a store. Calvin has lied to me and wife more than once, I just want my wife to have her ring back so we never have to see this place...

This particular woman had helped me the day before and spend a large chunk of her time Educating me about undertones and skin textures and what would work well for my skin, I was blown away at how knowledgeable she was as well as how patient she was with me. I asked more than 31 questions and she was beyond happy to answer each one. I left the store knowing that what I purchased I would love. I came back to the store the day after to purchase more of something she had given a sample of to me. That is when this incident occurred and she stood her ground. I have so much respect for the Sephora stuff inside JCPenney and I asked more than 31 questions and she was beyond happy to answer each one. We walk in maybe 15 minutes before they closed, l wasn't aware of they're closing time but they turned the lights of and l asked them to give me 5 min because l was trying to find some underwear for my grandma and the lady roll her eyes to me so l left the basket with the clothes that we all ready had and she said l can push your basket to the register and l said no thanks we will go next door to TJ MAXX and she said wherever so when we walk out l told the lady at the door what happe and she didnt care!! She just said ok!! Like l don't care, didn't asked me anything about it!! I work in customer service and thats wrong!
