Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Weatherford

Food taste great as usual, just ordering accuracy and convenience is terrible. This store alone won’t allow ordering online, won’t allow ordering from the app, so you have to call and when you get your orders, there are no fries at all on any of the 4 orders or even if it was rang up 20/20, not a single order of fries yet the pricing was more than the 20/20 even on boho Tuesday. I’m not sure that it’s normal but there were no napkins or hand wipes either. The wing accuracy was great. Individually boxed and labeled. I love this place but I can never order online and if I order Togo it’s always different than what I can order online and maybe that’s why you have to call in. Not to mention ordering online allows you to gain points if you are a rewards member yet you have to request the scannable receipt to get your points as it’s not available unless you request it at this location. I haven’t lived here long so maybe it’s normal around here considering every place I go is short on inventory and giving orders out missing what’s advertised. Either way it’s nothing to get on to staff about as management is supposed to have a grip on things and staff probably changes monthly as employment turnover rates are at an all time high and the individual taking my order didn’t sound like they knew exactly what they were doing. People need to be trained properly and food service companies around here need to have more integrity. Regardless, if you want a good experience at this location, go inside and sit down so you can enjoy the good service and get what was missing while...

Not very happy with my visit. The online order said my Buffalo Mac and fries would be ready at 5:20. Walked in to get my order on time. The lady working the to go station was not very welcoming. After she grabbed my order from the “warmer” and put it on the counter she just sort of dismissed/ignored me and moved on to the next person in line. I had to turn around and put my bag on the bench to check it. No plastic wear. Turned around and asked a different girl for it. She was very friendly! Get to my car and the fries were soggy and the chicken looked like it had been sitting for a little bit. My husband brought the order back in and 20 minutes later he comes out with the new order..... the fries were fine..... but the picture I attached shows just how GROSS and greasy it was. I had already used a napkin to soak up what was in there (clearly didn’t work very well) The Buffalo Mac is normally one of my favorites from BWW. I don’t know if this is “new” or the way it’s being made now but I couldn’t finish it or better yet even eat half of it. Not impressed....

!!FIRST!!: SOME OF THE NICEST PEOPLE THERE— that’s not the problem. The problem is this buffoonery of a company now. I’ve been enjoying BWW since childhood, and genuinely, this place has gone down hill. Charging an arm and a leg for skinny ass wings, wimpy ass fries, and a large order that barely comes half way. If you’re gonna make me spend a half days worth of work on a meal, then I expect to be surprised and satisfied by the damn meal— but instead, prices go up, and the food turns skimpy as hell. I remember when BWWs hand the biggest wings in the MF town!! Now it’s “Let’s go to xyz before we ever consider BWW’s!” If you’re into sports and cheap drinks after 9PM, then sure, this could be your spot; or if you want to use the BOGO online, prepare for your card to be in error before you ever finish paying. I’m done with this place unless it’s 9PM and I’m walking in there. Don’t waste your money. Lilly Pad, Lenny’s, Downtown Cantina, EVEN SHEPS, have better priced wings than this joint.
