Today I had a encounter the worst day ever to start my day going to this store me and my husband always come here but we usually go in the afternoon just today we went early and we found out he opens at 10:00 in the morning so me my husband my our kids just drove around to kill time while waiting for 10:oo am so when we go back it’s 9:50am and I saw the owner inside behind his counter but his Open light sign is not turn on yet so I like a Filipino ways I just signal him asking if his open and he nod his head so I went inside starting get the stuff but just something to talk I told him that we came here 9:30 and we didn’t know that your open at 10 so we drove around just to kill time and he just give me this rude attitude saying my store opening start at 10:00 and it’s not 10 yet but since I’m here I let you come in and he keeps repeating it and so I told him I just found that today next time I know so he went at the back and he see me still looking and getting some stuff and he said are you done already? Again his rude tone voice and you can tell his not in good mood and I said not yet I’m still getting frozen goods and I asked him again nicely if he have a extra boxes that I can use to put my frozen good cos I completely forgot my cooler and he told me you know your coming here and buy frozen foods like that ice cream you bought why will you forget your cooler? Not my intention to buy ice cream but since I saw the avocado flavor might wanna try but I just didn’t expect he will say that to me so I told him if you don’t have box don’t mind it just start scan the items and just put it in the bag it’s okay I will figure something up I said but I’m trying to be nice but I’m already pissed off and to think I didn’t buy just ice cream I spent more than 100bucks every time we go to this store but he eventually said I have small box here I think he finally notice that my tone of voice is kinda pissed also so he tape the box and I started putting the frozen goods and ice cream and I left telling him I will just put this bag of rice to the truck and I let my husband pay the groceries and my husband told to him straight “WE WILL NOT COME BACK HERE ANYMORE” and yes I will never ever go to this store anymore I’d rather order it online to these Filstop website that carries all Filipino goods also and cheaper that he got if you spend 99dollars up it’s free and if you guys want some milkfish just go to hongkong market and it’s a lot cheaper the bangus there....

We drove 45 minutes bc the kids wanted to go to an Asian store for different culture foods and were disappointed with the ones near our hotel. We went on new years eve. Kids went in shopped around. Guy was very nice and helpful. Once we were leaving we realized they had actually closed an hour earlier due to the holiday.
