How does someone get to speak to the owner of the automobile dealership about there experience? Mr Javier James I would like to speak to you I asked to spaek to you and I was told he could not do that! I would like to tell my experience I am a 58 year old divorced woman who works at walmart 4 kids and 8 grandkids never bought my own car financed was married for 20 years so my husband did this usually but now I was excited to have save some money saved to try and get my own new vehicle for the first time. I traded in my 2005 ford f 250 super duty diesel to get into something just more comfortable and it was in great shape and had brand new tires on it! I am still paying payments for the tires at les schwaab. I was told it was only worth 3,500 also! Seemed crazy low for a 9,000 dollar truck but to get into a new car i went with it even though I would be loosing alot of money on the truck. I got a 2017 ford escape from your lot that had a huge leak going on underneath and when i smelled the gas in the oiI when i checked the oil because of a leak i seen in the street where i parked, it was low in oil. I called the dealership. At first it was going to be just a leaky oil pan easy fix they said because of the leak up front. Then when it went to a more serious problem then they thought, abraham said it was in the rear-end also leaking. I called to talk to someone at the dealership! I specifically asked when i bought the car if there were any leaks and if this car was inspected Ivan said yes The guys were very good to work with i am not saying that Ivan or Rudy or Shane were not good at there jobs. And very nice. Now though that there was a problem with the mechanical end of this car I am now paying alot of money for having a issue and they gave it back to me still with the problem not knowing it at the time of course. I had one comment made to me asking if I looked under the car when I left the lot with the vehicle to know it was leaking before I left, is this a common question to ask? Or expect me to think I need to do when I was told it was inspected at the time of selling! I found this a red flag actually and very wrong was I naive and should of taken the car to be checked out first, yep but I was taken advantage of i suppose by not knowing! I never went threw buying a new car before and now I would love to share the experience with you of what Its like to buy a car for some people there and what's happening now with the car not being fixed the first time and pushing me back and forth between the dealership and the mechanics shop saying this is a new problem when the exact same problems are still there after they left me with out a vehicle or a way to work while they were working on the car. How is this new. It just shows that there wer way more leaks and now trying to say where it is leaking now wasnt before, but I have pictures of all the fluid leaking and the pattern of the leaks went from front to back in front of my house where I park. At work , and at my sons house where I went to dinner and leaked all in his drive way. I would not even want to say there is something new if I was them , what does that say about this great new car you sold me. This problem.is not new though I feel there saying this to make me have to pay for it now, when they were going to fix it for me, but what they did didn't work now its new how???? I now am at the mercy of hearing back calls being ignored because they are trying to tell me I am now supposed to be paying for them to fix or he said to even split the cost, why do I have to pay payments and a down payment and now this too! For what they said they would fix the first time now saying that the issues are new when I have pictures and my street i park at full of leaked fluids from day 1. And still smelling gas in the oil and went without a car for over a week. And ill also be out a car again for however long it takes to fix it again. How is any of this a great experience to buy a new car and now saying it will be 600 to 800 to fix because it was supposed to be done...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am the owner of an appliance repair service in Portland, Oregon. Due to an accident that I was involved in with my 2015 ram pro master city, my service van. I desperately needed to find a replacement vehicle based on settlement money that my insurance company agreed to pay me based on the value of it, to get a replacement vehicle. I searched far and wide between Portland, Oregon, Salem, Oregon, and surrounding vicinityās . Unfortunately, vehicles like mine that were my year and in some cases even had more miles on them than my original one, they were asking way too much money for. I decided to start looking out of state, and came across JJās auto sales in Wenatchee Washington. They had a beautiful 2018 ram pro master city model that was being sold at a good value, and looked like was in good shape. Christina, Michael, Shane, and the staff at JJās auto sales were fantastic. I have never purchased a vehicle site unseen. They were very helpful in sending me all the pictures, everything I needed to know about it, and even drove it over to an independent mechanic to check it out for me. They were patient, understanding, and cooperative, because this transaction did take a little bit of time. But we finally got it done. For having to deal with buying a vehicle out of state, JJās auto sales was one of the most professional, and pleasant experiences, dealing with an auto dealership Iāve had. And when I did receive the vehicle, it was everything, and in some cases even better than I couldāve imagined. My thanks to Christina and the entire staff at JJās auto sales for this wonderful experience. I have a great vehicle, And it will be an excellent service van. I highly recommend JJās auto sales for anybody in Washington, and Oregon, looking for a good quality...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThese folks not only lie to creditors to obtain funding, some call that fraud, they lie to their customers and ask their customers to lie. They take money after permission is revoked, and sell vehicles that drive good for a couple weeks and then start showing signs of severe previously undisclosed and hidden issues. They have 3 stars for a reason, and I can definitely see that going down.
Edited to respond:
You absolutely lie to your customers, and now to this reading this because you did not offer a warranty, and additionally lied to your creditors that I had paid a down payment that I hadnāt (that same down payment you mention above that you took out well after we agreed and then being informed that I would bring in cash) and lied to the creditors about how much I pay for rent, which I corrected. All of this has record, thatās what I donāt understand you guys think you can outsmart the recorded proof? Tell Javier to get back to using a wrench, and to get rid of Michael if he wants to have a decent name. You are doubling down on your lies and itās disgusting and embarrassing, you have this rating for a reason, and maybe you shouldnāt look at the customers as the issue and maybe look in the mirror, at the common denominator....
